James earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice while working 40+ hours per week in private security and as a nightclub bouncer. His investigative career began with insurance-claim and workers’ compensation investigations before expanding throughout six Northeastern states.
He later founded Northeastern Investigative Services in Springfield, Massachusetts, and ultimately built A1A Investigators in Jacksonville, Florida.
